Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order, so nothing gets pulled from a dusty pile in a warehouse. Production usually takes 3 to 5 business days before your order ships.
For US orders, standard shipping usually adds another 3 to 7 business days. Most US orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the date you place your order.
Available shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown on each product page and at checkout. International timing varies by product and print provider, so check the product page before you start watching the mailbox like it owes you money.
Do you ship outside the US?
Sometimes, depending on the product. Badawix Co. items are printed to order by different production partners, and each product’s print provider determines where that item can ship.
Available destinations, shipping costs, and delivery estimates are shown on the product page and again at checkout. No guessing, no treasure map.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships from our production partner, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Give the link a little time to update, because sometimes the package is already moving before the tracking page decides to admit it.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check the size guide before ordering. It exists for a reason, unfortunately.
What if my item arrives damaged or has a print defect?
If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement if the problem is confirmed. Use our contact form and include your order number.
Products
Where are your products printed?
Our products are printed to order by our print-on-demand production partners. The production partner and location can vary by product, because not every shirt, print, or piece of wall art comes from the same bench.
What printing method do you use?
We use DTG printing on heavyweight cotton blanks. Colors are vibrant, and prints hold up well when you follow the care instructions. Turn the garment inside out, wash cold, and avoid high heat.
Are the designs exclusive?
Yes. All Badawix Co. designs are original and exclusive to this brand.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Not at this time.

Is Badawix Co. a small business?
Yes. Badawix Co. is an independent brand. We don’t have a warehouse, a large team, or mass production. Every order is printed individually by our US production partner.
