A human reviews drafts before sending.
Under our service terms, these providers do not train on this content.
If you want human-only handling, say so in your email and we’ll handle your request without AI drafting assistance.
Retention
We keep order records as required for tax, accounting, and business record purposes.
We prune support conversations periodically.
We do not keep personal information longer than needed unless the law requires us to keep it.
How we protect information
We protect our store with HTTPS and TLS encryption while information is in transit. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers. We never store full card details on our servers.
Access to order and support data is limited to people who need it to run the store. Login endpoints are rate-limited and hardened. We keep only the information described in this policy.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a data breach affecting personal information occurs, we will notify affected customers and authorities as required by applicable law.
