Orders and Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Each item is printed after you order it. Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Standard US shipping adds 3 to 7 days on top of that. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the order date.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not currently. We ship within the United States only.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships from our production partner in Florida.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Check the size guide before you buy.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a print defect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Where are your products made?
Printed and shipped from Florida, US.

What is the print quality like?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on heavyweight cotton blanks. Colors are vibrant and prints hold up when you follow the care instructions. Turn inside out, wash cold, avoid high heat.

Are the designs exclusive to Quiet Cloud Closet?
Yes. All Social Energy 0% designs are original and exclusive to this brand.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Not at this time.

Is Quiet Cloud Closet a small business?
Yes. We are an independent brand with no warehouse, no large team, and no mass production. Every order is printed individually by our US production partner.
